Refund Policy

We want you to get a usable report. This page explains when we refund you.

Not happy? Ask within 7 days

If you paid for a report and feel it was not worth it, email us within 7 days of payment and we will refund you. You do not need to give a reason. We would still like to know what was missing so that we can improve.

We also refund in full when

• You paid but we could not deliver the report (for example a technical error, or the system could not read your document).
• You were charged twice for the same report.
• The report is clearly unusable because of a fault on our side.

After 7 days we do not refund when

• The report was delivered and you disagree with the result, or the result differs from what you hoped or from another quote or opinion. The report is a budget benchmark, not a valuation, and a difference from your quotation does not mean the report is faulty.
• You entered wrong details, chose the wrong finish grade, scope or quote date, or uploaded the wrong document.
• You uploaded a document that is not a building quotation, or one older than the limit shown on the page.

If you entered wrong details

Contact us within 7 days (or ask for a refund instead). Where we can, we will re-run the check once with the corrected details at no extra charge.

How to ask for a refund

Email tony@yeongpd.co.za within 7 days of payment with your name, the email you used and the date of payment. We reply within 3 business days. A refund is for the full amount you paid, VAT included, and we issue a credit note for it. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, including any right that applies to online purchases. Reports are delivered digitally the moment you pay, so the 7-day online cancellation right does not apply to them, but the 7-day promise above does.
